Responsibilities

5+ years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform

4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations

Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships

Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP

Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules

Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, Powershell

Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation

Container Vulnerability Management: Implement orchestration for scanning and remediation of container-based vulnerabilities to ensure timely and consistent mitigation

Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure

Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDBGood knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM framework
