Responsibilities
Support development of executive-level materials, including storyboards for Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Steering Committee (SteerCo) decks, whitepapers, and strategic communications for internal and external audiences
Support the planning and execution of Paradigm’s rhythms of business, ensuring objectives, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined and met
Conduct market, competitive, and internal business analyses to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for operational improvement
Contribute to the coordination and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring business, product, and technical teams are aligned on objectives and timelines
Support creation of clear and compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate insights, recommendations, and progress on both strategic initiatives and project delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to drive alignment, surface potential issues early, and ensure smooth adoption of strategic projects
Support execution of company-wide strategic initiatives to ensure alignment, visibility, and accountability across teams
Stay informed on industry trends, business operations best practices, and emerging opportunities to strengthen Paradigm’s strategic position
Qualification
Required
2 - 3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or project execution in a cross-functional environment
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating complex data into clear recommendations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to develop compelling storyboards, executive presentations, and written deliverables
Exceptional research, writing, storyboarding, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and distill complex concepts into actionable insights
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technical, and external partner teams
Proactive, self-starter mindset with the confidence to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
