Account Manager
Bennett Media Group is a leading media and marketing agency that engineers impact through creative campaigns. They are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to develop client relationships, manage sales cycles, and collaborate with creative teams to deliver tailored media solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across a variety of industries
Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and pitch to proposal, close, and onboarding
Collaborate with our creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver solutions that fit each client’s goals
Represent Bennett Media Group at regional events and local business functions
Maintain and grow existing accounts, driving renewals and upsells with long-term vision
Qualification
Required
5+ years in media sales, marketing, or client-facing account management
5+ years of experience in media, marketing, advertising, or creative services account management
Proven success in B2B sales and client acquisition, preferably in a regional or remote market
A deep understanding of the local business landscape in the Upper Peninsula and Northeast Wisconsin
Exceptional communication and presentation skills — both in-person and virtual
Self-driven, highly organized, and eager to take initiative with minimal oversight
Preferred
Agency experience or knowledge of video production, digital marketing, or branding
Existing business relationships within in the region
A creative eye and comfort discussing strategy with marketing directors or business owners
