Prepare PTCS and exhibits for trial
Negotiate and settle cases in and out of court/depositions
Conduct WCAB trials as needed
Qualification
Required
Must have WCAB Full trial experience
Must have completed trials
Must have at least 1-2 years of work comp experience at WCAB board
Preferred
Preferred you have at least 2 years of WCAB experience
Prior remote work experience preferred
Must enjoy working with and care about injured workers
Must be dependable and relatable
Must be good with clients
Must be a self starter and take initiative
