Responsibilities
Company and facility orientation
Overview of Contract and Task Order(s)
Meet team members and clarify roles and responsibilities for the internship
Define company, contract, task order(s), delivery team culture and set employee expectations
Acquire Badges, CAC ETC
LMS Training – MDA required
Weekly meetings with lead/supervisor and team members for integrated discussions on upcoming projects, battle rhythm, and Purchase Order Request (PORs)
Complete necessary training for Property Management
Submit for user and privileged accounts both ULAN and Remedy Applications
Begin OJT and Team training – Acclamation to Property Management and Warehouse Operations
Safety Training
Accountability (FAR/DFAR 52.245-1)
Tagging
Record Creation
Work Orders and Incident management training
Handheld Scanner training
Disconnecting IT hardware, PHS&T, relocating users, In-Processing, Out-Processing
HSV remote site deliveries
IT hardware Recycling responsibilities
Forklift Training and Certification
Conclude any outstanding tasks or provide transition plan for any tasks that cannot be completed by the end of the internship
Qualification
Required
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 1 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 0 years of general experience
Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
