Responsibilities
Oversee labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are consistently met
Generate and analyze daily and weekly quality and production reports to identify areas for improvement
Assist team members through training, problem-solving, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks effectively
Qualification
Required
Entry-level role with limited prior relevant training or work experience
Requires basic skills to perform routine tasks
Work is prescribed and completed with minimal autonomy, adhering to established procedures
Operates under close supervision or clearly defined guidelines
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; for warehouse-specific roles, at least 5 years of experience is required
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
