Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for managing customer information
Licensure in insurance as required by Pennsylvania state regulations or the ability to obtain it within a specified time
Preferred
Previous experience in the insurance and financial services industry is a plus
