Responsibilities
Lead and oversee field investigations including topographic, bathymetric, and discharge surveys using RTK GPS, ADCP, and other instruments
Develop, calibrate, and validate advanced hydrologic and hydraulic models (e.g., HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM) to support ecological restoration and watershed planning
Analyze and synthesize environmental data using GIS (ArcGIS Pro) and CAD (AutoCAD Civil 3D) and ensure QA/QC of technical deliverables
Prepare and review technical reports, regulatory documentation, and design packages with minimal oversight
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and staffing; ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
Serve as a primary or secondary client contact; contribute to proposal development and business development strategies
Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal training, technical standards, and knowledge sharing
Provide strategic input on ecological flow response monitoring, environmental impact assessments, and water policy implementation
Qualification
