Responsibilities

Define the scientific priorities for the Brand, in collaboration with Global Marketing, including developing the scientific engagement plan that is aligned with key evidence, insights and market needs
Serve as the internal thought leader and champion in developing the scientific narrative, competitive positioning framework, and any evidence necessary to support the strategic direction
Lead commercial activities with external stakeholders and societies, including input meetings and congress planning/activities. Oversee scientific congress strategy, including engagement plan and operationalization
Lead the Customer Agile Team in setting and meeting strategic priorities and quarterly objectives; lead quarterly agile planning stages to enable teams to quickly and effectively respond to changing business needs and priorities
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise including Medical Affairs, Competitive Intelligence, Outcomes Research, Global Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory and Legal/Compliance
Serve as the subject matter expert for the COPD therapeutic category and competitive and clinical landscape
Represent the commercial perspective on the Value Team, labeling meetings, and RMAT
Partner with other Product Marketing Owners to drive transparency, coordination, and prioritization across the team
As a member of the US Pharma marketing team and cross-functional leadership team, partner with fellow colleagues to invest in each other’s development, build a culture of inclusivity, psychological safety, Transparency and stretch our collective team’s thinking by challenging the status quo for the purpose of creating stronger outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS). MBA or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience across marketing, sales, market access (or related experiences) and at least 5 years of demonstrated in-line leadership marketing experience
Strong scientific/clinical acumen; ability to translate scientific/clinical data into marketing strategy
Proven experience in effectively leading cross-functional, enterprise teams
Demonstrated success in leading teams without authority
Significant strategy development experience, working in white space
Has a growth mindset, advocates for agile ways of working, and supports team members in learning and adoption
Experience working in and with diverse teams
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills and executive presence
