Responsibilities
Own the numbers: Track and control program costs—tooling, trials, materials, labor, and overhead
Deliver insights: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned programs
Be a key player: Support month-end and year-end closing processes and monitor development cash flow
Plan for the future: Contribute to annual budgets and five-year business plans
Collaborate for success: Partner with Program Managers to align financial objectives and validate cost assumptions with Purchasing and Engineering
Drive improvement: Identify financial risks and opportunities, propose process enhancements, and ensure compliance with cost targets and pricing agreements
Represent Finance: Participate in program reviews, customer meetings, and audits as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
3–5 years in financial controlling
Advanced Excel and ERP systems
Analytical mindset
proactive problem-solving
strong communication
ability to thrive under tight deadlines
Preferred
automotive industry experience preferred
Power BI experience is a plus
SAP a plus
