Responsibilities
Conduct in-home design consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
Present bath remodeling solutions using an iPad-based presentation
Build rapport, assess customer needs, and close sales in the home
Manage appointments, follow-ups, and customer communication
Participate in bi-weekly professional sales training
Follow a proven sales process designed to help you succeed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence working directly with homeowners in their homes
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and self-disciplined
Ability to work independently while following a structured sales system
Preferred
Previous in-home sales experience preferred
(Home improvement, bathroom remodeling, construction, or residential sales experience is a plus)
