Responsibilities
Respond to regulatory and compliance data requests related to cost and schedule
Research, analyze, and investigate regulatory inquiries
Draft formal regulatory responses and route internally for review/approval
Analyze cost forecasts, invoices, and financial data
Support cost recovery and revenue requirement activities
Run and interpret SAP queries and cost data
Coordinate with compliance, regulatory, and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Hands-on regulatory experience (regulatory requests, rate cases, filings, or commission support)
Experience in regulated industries (utilities, energy, water, gas, telecom, transportation, etc.)
Strong understanding of cost recovery and revenue requirements
Experience responding to regulatory or agency data requests
SAP experience (running or interpreting queries, cost folders, forecasts)
2–5+ years in regulatory or regulatory-adjacent roles
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organization and time management
Preferred
Utility, energy, water, gas, telecom, or other regulated industry
Experience supporting rate cases, regulatory filings, or commissions
Comfortable owning complex regulatory requests end-to-end
