Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Expenses module
Gather and analyze business requirements related to employee and corporate card expenses
Configure expense templates, expense types, policies, per diem, mileage, and rate schedules
Set up expense approval workflows using BPM
Configure Expense Reports , Cash Advances , and Corporate Card programs
Manage integration with Payables (AP) for reimbursements and General Ledger (GL) for accounting
Configure Expense accounting using Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax rules, and audit requirements
Support UAT , prepare test scenarios, and assist users during testing
Provide post-go-live support and hypercare
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), setup documents, and user training materials
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with strong focus on Expenses module
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementations
Strong knowledge of expense policies, reimbursements, and corporate card processing
Experience in BPM approval setup and SLA configurations
Good understanding of integrations with AP, GL, and Cash Management
Strong functional troubleshooting and communication skills
