Own and maintain the enterprise data platform and data architecture
Lead data ingestion, transformation, quality, and access for reporting and analytics
Support IT/OT data integration and manufacturing data sources
Partner with SAP teams to enable data consumption from S/4HANA and DataSphere
Establish data pipelines, monitoring, security controls, and deployment standards
Manage and develop a small engineering team and oversee vendor partners
Collaborate with governance, BI, IT, and operations stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in data or platform engineering
3+ years in a technical lead or people leadership role
Strong SQL and Python experience
Experience with cloud-based data platforms
Familiarity with SAP data, Power BI, and enterprise reporting
Preferred
PySpark preferred
Azure preferred
Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred
