HR Operations Specialist

The HR Operations Specialist will support the company and clients in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations related to human resources topics and requirements, while serving as a subject matter expert for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks and provide subject matter expertise in select areas of human resources; e.g. employment eligibility, talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, labor law posters, etc
Provide excellent client support, via phone and chat
Address interdepartmental inquiries regarding technical and/or compliance related information
Participate in audits to verify compliance with federal and state regulations for all related applications
Maintain confidentiality and security of worksite employee data
Fast and accurate data entry
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards

Qualification

Required

Typically 2 or more years of HR Experience required
Typically 2 or more years of Data Entry Experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Intermediate proficiency)
Ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization (Intermediate proficiency)
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace (Advanced proficiency)
Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while balancing multiple priorities (Intermediate proficiency)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate proficiency)

Preferred

General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred
Typically 1 or more years of PEO Experience preferred
