Business Development Manager
The Lignum Group is a global manufacturer of mission-critical filtration solutions, seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in diesel and refined fuel applications. This role involves technical, consultative selling and building long-term customer relationships while managing distributor and direct customer accounts.
Responsibilities
Growing revenue and exceeding sales targets within the territory
Developing new business while expanding existing customer relationships
Managing distributor and direct customer accounts
Selling technically differentiated filtration solutions focused on performance, safety, and total cost reduction
Collaborating with engineering, marketing, and customer service teams
Managing pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years' experience in industrial or technical B2B sales
Proven record of territory growth and quota achievement
Comfortable presenting technical solutions to a range of stakeholders
Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused
Preferred
Background in filtration, fuels, diesel, refining, or bulk liquids
Experience selling through distributors or channel partners
