Creating and delivering compelling presentations
Negotiating contracts
Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
Working closely with the sales and support teams to meet and exceed revenue goals
Qualification
Required
Sales expertise, including prospecting, lead generation, identifying business opportunities, and managing complex sales cycles
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Minimum two years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling technology solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a remote work environment
Preferred
Knowledge of the payroll and HR industry or prior experience with SaaS platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
