Inside Sales Account Manager
Great Northwest Transport is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to support and grow their intermodal drayage and rail operations in the Pacific Northwest. This role involves developing new customer relationships, managing inquiries, and driving revenue growth within the logistics sector.

Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new customers through outbound calls and digital outreach
Manage inbound sales inquiries
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Drive revenue growth within intermodal drayage and rail services
Support customers with port, rail, and regional freight solutions
Resolve customer and carrier issues efficiently
Deliver professional web-based sales presentations
Work across CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other sales tools
Represent Great Northwest Transport with professionalism and accountability
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated with a strong interest in cultivating new customer relationships
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident negotiator and effective communicator
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales and logistics environment
Team-oriented with high standards of integrity
Experience with CRM systems, database software, and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Ability to perform basic math and rate calculations
Preferred
Intermodal, drayage, logistics, or transportation experience
Bachelors degree
