Responsibilities
Project leadership: Plan/track milestones, manage risks, and drive cross-functional execution from design-in to volume
Customer technical engagement: Capture requirements, discuss trade-offs, ensure spec compliance, and support architecture decisions
Validation & quality: Define/execute test plans (pressure/leak, flow, thermal, vibration); document results and close actions
On-site technical support: Triage, stabilize, and optimize performance at data centers and customer facilities
RMA management: First response, on-site fault isolation, coordinate failure analysis with factory, implement and verify corrective actions
Manufacturing/process interface: Solid understanding of liquid-cooling manufacturing (brazing/welding, cleaning, leak/pressure/helium testing, flushing, packaging, traceability) and close collaboration with the manufacturing team to ensure quality and yield
Market & roadmap input: Synthesize customer needs and trends into product requirements and cost/quality targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics or related field
3 to 5 years in thermal/fluid systems (data-center cooling, HVAC/CRAC/CDU, server OEM)
Hands-on experience with pumps/valves/filters/sensors, coolant chemistries (water-glycol/dielectric), and reliability test methods
Strong knowledge of liquid cooling (cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, pumps, QDs) and manufacturing processes (brazing/welding, cleaning, leak/pressure testing, flushing)
Proven project management experience to drive projects forward and hit dates
On-site technical support capability at customer/data-center locations and RMA handling
Ability to design with AutoCad 3D, Pro/E, SolidWorks
Fluent English and Mandarin language skills are required
Ability to adapt quickly to fast, dynamic environments and full of team spirit
Ability to discuss technical topics with customers, including design for manufacturing and cost improvements
Strong cross-department communication
