Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory plan focused on mid-market organizations evolving their commerce, content, and customer experiences on Adobe Experience Cloud
Own the full sales cycle for Adobe-led engagements, from initial discovery and qualification through solution framing, proposal development, negotiation, and close
Run structured discovery to understand current digital properties, pain points, and KPIs, then translate them into concrete Adobe + AI use cases (personalization, optimized checkout, journey orchestration, AI-powered content operations)
Collaborate with AI/R and Webjump solution experts (Adobe architects, UX/CX leads, data and AI specialists) to design credible, value-based solutions backed by reference architectures and delivery playbooks
Position AI/R as a strategic Adobe partner by clearly articulating how the highest-tier partner status, certified experts, and industrialized delivery practices reduce risk, accelerate time-to-value, and improve customer satisfaction
Build and deepen relationships with stakeholders across digital, marketing, product, and technology, navigating complex decision cycles and aligning multiple sponsors around a shared business case
Work closely with Adobe partner and field teams to coordinate account strategies, co-selling motions, and joint propositions grounded in successful use cases and documented outcomes. Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, providing visibility into deal stages, risks, and timelines as AI/R grows its Adobe business in the U.S

Required

3–6 years of closing experience in B2B or digital services sales, ideally focused on experience, commerce, or marketing technology
Experience selling Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Commerce, AEM, Analytics, CDP, AJO) or comparable digital experience platforms, with familiarity around common implementation patterns
Ability to sell with and through solution experts, effectively using architects, UX/CX, and delivery leads to build confidence and differentiate
Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, multi-stakeholder alignment, value articulation, and building compelling proposals and business cases
Track record of managing complex mid-market sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and successfully closing net-new logos
Proficiency with CRM tools for territory management, activity tracking, and forecasting

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
