Responsibilities
The attorney will work closely with senior counsel on a broad range of business immigration matters, including:
Employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2, PERM)
Case strategy, eligibility analysis, and issue-spotting for complex fact patterns
Drafting and reviewing petitions, legal arguments, and responses to RFEs and NOIDs
Direct interaction with corporate clients and foreign nationals
Collaboration on workflow, quality control, and best practices across matters
You will be expected to manage matters end-to-end with support and mentorship, not micromanagement
Qualification
Required
JD and active New York Bar admission (or imminent admission)
2–6+ years of employment-based immigration experience
Strong writing skills and comfort handling substantive legal analysis
Ability to work in-office in NYC and collaborate closely with partners
Preferred
Experience in law firm or boutique immigration practice preferred
