They are seeking an innovative Talent Acquisition Lead to manage recruitment initiatives across multiple states, focusing on both permanent and seasonal staffing needs.

Responsibilities
Visa Processing Coordination: Facilitate J-1 visa and H-2B visa procedures for seasonal and international team members
Large-Scale Recruitment: Oversee complete recruitment cycles for numerous hospitality sites, encompassing seasonal operations and permanent locations
Stakeholder Partnership: Work alongside senior leadership and department heads to assess workforce requirements and present qualified applicants
Seasonal Workforce Management: Arrange onboarding for returning seasonal staff and source new candidates for high-demand periods
Innovative Talent Sourcing: Design and implement creative recruitment approaches beyond conventional job platforms to secure premier hospitality professionals
Candidate Database Oversight: Keep well-organized talent pipelines and guarantee prompt engagement throughout the hiring journey
Property Visits: Periodic travel to facilities during seasonal launches (limited, 2-3 occasions annually maximum)
Additional HR Responsibilities: Offer supplementary HR generalist assistance when necessary during slower recruitment cycles
Qualification
Required
Innovative and motivated Talent Acquisition Lead
Experience in large-scale recruitment initiatives
Ability to manage both permanent staff acquisition and seasonal workforce onboarding
Capability of unconventional thinking in talent acquisition
Strong metrics-driven approach to recruitment
Experience in facilitating J-1 visa and H-2B visa procedures
Ability to oversee complete recruitment cycles for numerous hospitality sites
Experience in stakeholder partnership with senior leadership and department heads
