Talent Acquisition Project Manager
PRI Technology is offering a remote Talent Acquisition Project Manager position for a major firm. The role involves managing initiatives for the Talent Acquisition division, including the implementation of a candidate screening tool and optimizing recruiting workflows.
Responsibilities
Project manage two initiatives for the firms Talent Acquisition division:
Hire Score candidate screening tool implementation
Responsible for the day-to-day project
Manage key issue & decision log and project status reports
Facilitate change & end user adoption of the new system within the TA community, including communication and training plan
Talent Acquisition process maps documentation:
Map processes for all hire types (i.e., professional, campus, executive, confidential) in Microsoft Visio, in order identify areas for standardization, efficiencies, and AI-enabled opportunities
Talent Acquisition Process Optimization:
Having evaluated current recruiting workflows and identifying inefficiencies
Designing, improving, and standardizing hiring processes across teams
Implementing best practices for sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Project Management of Hiring Initiatives:
Having led cross-functional hiring projects (e.g., high-volume recruitment, new department launches)
Creating project plans, timelines, deliverables, and tracking progress
Managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration:
Acting as a liaison between HR, hiring managers, operations, and leadership
Facilitating communication throughout the hiring project
Data, Reporting, & Metrics:
Having used analytics to guide decision-making and optimize recruiting strategies
Ensuring proper tracking in ATS systems
Technology & Systems Management:
Having implemented or having improved ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tech tools
Managing integrations and ensuring system adoption by the team
The interview process will include an initial phone or virtual interview screening
Qualification
Required
Experience with HiredScore and Visio
Possess a green card or be of citizenship
No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding company submittals
