Senior growth and brand Manager

The Senior Growth and Brand Manager will be responsible for developing growth strategies, enhancing brand positioning, and enabling revenue generation while ensuring that the brand reflects expertise and credibility.

Responsibilities
Own growth planning across awareness, consideration, and conversion
Help define and refine core offerings, service structures, and future products
Translate offerings into clear value propositions that convert
Design and execute growth initiatives across content, partnerships, events, referrals, and selective paid channels
Ensure growth efforts lead to qualified demand, not just traffic or leads
Strengthen brand positioning as one of the leading companies helping tech professionals
Maintain a consistent, credible, expert-led brand voice across all touchpoints
Elevate trust, authority, and clarity in how we show up in the market
Ensure the brand reflects outcomes, expertise, and long-term credibility
Work with design, content, and leadership to refine brand standards and messaging
Collaborate with leadership and sales to package services into clear, scalable offerings
Support pricing, guarantees, and positioning decisions with market insight
Identify gaps in the customer journey and propose new initiatives or products
Ensure messaging aligns with what clients actually experience
Partner closely with business development and sales teams
Enable sales with messaging, narratives, and materials that help close deals
Continuously improve conversion by learning from sales calls and objections
Build feedback loops between market signals and growth strategy
Own execution across key growth channels
Define and track meaningful metrics. Pipeline influence, conversion quality, CAC, and brand impact
Prioritize initiatives that compound over time
Balance speed with quality and brand integrity
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of experience as a Senior Manager
Strong experience in growth, brand, or GTM roles in B2B or high-trust services
Product-oriented mindset
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
High ownership mindset with strong judgment and discipline
Comfortable working closely with founders and senior leadership
Preferred
Experience in designing and executing growth initiatives across content, partnerships, events, referrals, and selective paid channels
Experience in collaborating with leadership and sales to package services into clear, scalable offerings
Experience in defining and tracking meaningful metrics such as pipeline influence, conversion quality, CAC, and brand impact
