New Grad, Entry LevelVelia Multi Services is seeking a Service Technician for a manufacturing company in Acton, MA. The main responsibility is to lead the repairs and maintenance of hydraulic machines while providing excellent customer support.

Maintenance and repair of machines, specifically hydraulic machines
Troubleshooting and diagnosing machine errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Provide service and customer support on phone and on site
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks by cooperating with the technical team
Providing professional customer support via phone and email
Qualification
Required
Experience in maintenance and repair of machines, specifically hydraulic machines
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose machine errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Experience providing service and customer support on phone and on site
Ability to manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks by cooperating with the technical team
Experience providing professional customer support via phone and email
Willingness to travel 20% per year to customer locations in North America and Canada
Availability for training hours, ideally from 7:00am-3:30pm or 10:30am-7:00pm
