Responsibilities
Provide support throughout the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing employee support
Assist with scheduling, conducting, and coordinating interviews with various departments
Guide employees through the onboarding process, ensuring all forms and documentation are accurate and complete
Support payroll processes, timecard auditing, and ensure compliance with company policies
Perform clerical duties including filing, answering phones, copying, faxing, and data entry
Maintain uniform inventory, issue uniforms/badges, and track all items distributed
Respond to employee inquiries, provide policy clarification, and escalate issues as needed
Ensure HR office and lobby area remain clean, organized, and professional
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Assist with planning and execution of employee events and recognition activities
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and managing documents
Uphold grooming, appearance, and uniform standards by counseling employees as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills; able to remain calm under pressure
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable speaking in front of large groups when leading orientation or training
Must be able to work holidays and weekends
Available for evening shifts during employee events
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to work independently at times
May be required to work in various weather conditions
