Responsibilities
Lead 1LMX hyper‑care activities and act as the primary liaison between program teams and the 1LMX team
Teach and mentor internal stakeholders on the 1LMX tool suite to ensure effective adoption
Communicate status, identify issues, and drive rapid resolution across Dallas and Orlando programs
Provide financial leadership using Long‑Range Planning and Contract Status Review to meet portfolio commitments
Develop and implement transition tools that streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to possess a Secret clearance
Preferred
Leadership experience in leading, motivating and mentoring
Effective communication skills; both oral and written
Program Finance experience
Ability to effectively teach processes
