They are seeking an Electrical Assistant Superintendent to lead field crews and play a key role in driving continued growth across the region.

Responsibilities
Support the Superintendent in managing daily field operations for electrical scopes within active data center projects
Lead, supervise, and coordinate electrical crews, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
Oversee electrical installations related to white space integration and tenant fit-outs, including power distribution, grounding, and mission-critical systems
Assist with short-term planning, work sequencing, and coordination with other trades and project stakeholders
Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with all electrical codes, standards, and project requirements
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and budget objectives
Participate in inspections, commissioning support, and issue resolution
Communicate effectively with project management, subcontractors, and on-site teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of recent, demonstrable data center construction experience
Strong electrical background, having previously worked in the electrical trade as a Foreman or equivalent leadership role
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead electrical crews in fast-paced construction environments
Solid understanding of electrical systems common to data centers, including critical power infrastructure and white space systems
Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
