Responsibilities
Translate operational noise into clear EBITDA drivers
Build forecasts people trust — and act on
Diagnose margin by SKU, customer, and channel (not averages)
Partner with Ops, Supply Chain, and Procurement on real cost levers: commodities, yield, labor, freight
Support CAPEX decisions with ROI logic that survives board scrutiny
Prepare investor-grade insight — not vanity reporting
Qualification
Required
FP&A background in manufacturing within food/CPG
Comfortable in PE-backed, fast-change environments
Commercially minded — you care why the number moved
Confident challenging senior leaders with facts, not opinions
Happy working with imperfect data if it leads to better decisions
Ambitious — you want a path, not a plateau
Preferred
PE Experience advantageous but not essential
