Responsibilities
Provide leadership, oversight, and hands-on support to Home Care Providers
Ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of individuals in Shared Living arrangements
Travel throughout the state of Connecticut—visiting homes, meeting with providers, and connecting with individuals in their communities
Build strong, trusting relationships with providers and the individuals they support
Ensure each person has opportunities for personal growth, meaningful community connections, and a high quality of life
Collaborate with Aspire’s management team, state agencies, family members, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to create supportive, inclusive environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel
Strong communication skills, empathy, and enthusiasm for making a difference
Basic computer skills (experience with Therap is a plus!)
Preferred
Prior experience supporting individuals with disabilities is strongly preferred
