Account Executive

StealthWatch is an early-stage AI security company building a category-defining platform that enables enterprises to safely deploy and scale artificial intelligence. They are seeking a Founding Account Executive to help transform product-market fit into a scalable go-to-market engine, owning the full sales cycle and working directly with the founding team.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, discovery, demos, technical validation, procurement, and close
Close early enterprise and mid-market customers and develop them into reference accounts
Partner closely with product and engineering to communicate customer needs and influence roadmap priorities
Help define ICP, buyer personas, pricing, packaging, and sales methodology
Build relationships with CISOs, security leaders, data leaders, and AI platform teams
Create repeatable sales plays and contribute to future hiring and onboarding of sales team members
Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships

Required

5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in security, DevOps, data, or infrastructure platforms
Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($50kโ€“$500k+ ACV)
Ability to sell highly technical solutions to sophisticated technical and business buyers
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong preference for building rather than inheriting process
Proven outbound and pipeline generation capability
Comfortable working closely with founders and influencing company-level strategy
Strong interest in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging enterprise technology

Preferred

Prior experience at early-stage start-ups (Seed to Series B)
Experience selling to security, compliance, or platform engineering organisations
Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, cloud platforms, or data security
Interest in long-term growth into sales leadership as the company scales
