Responsibilities
Install internet/voice/TV cables (copper, fiber), modems, routers, and related hardware for residential and commercial clients
Diagnose and fix connectivity issues, replace faulty lines, repair poles/towers, and maintain existing cabling systems
Use tools to test signal strength, identify weak spots, and resolve network communication problems
Install cable racks, j-hooks, innerducts, and run ground cables
Interact with clients, explain services, offer Wi-Fi tips, and ensure satisfaction
Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls
Qualification
Required
