Translation Service
Responsibilities
Collect unfilled PDF forms used in Switzerland
Ensure forms are in German and/or Italian
Source forms across multiple sectors, including:
Medical
Education
Finance
Tax
Travel
Retail
Vehicle / Automotive
Verify that all forms meet page-length requirements
Organize and label collected files clearly and consistently
Ensure documents are publicly available or legally shareable
Qualification
Required
Experience in data collection, document sourcing, or research
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines
Familiarity with Swiss institutions, businesses, or public-sector documentation is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in German and/or Italian (reading comprehension required)
Preferred
Prior experience working with datasets, document annotation, or AI/ML data projects
Knowledge of Swiss regulatory, medical, or administrative documentation
