Responsibilities
Lead the integration of functions to meet organizational goals
Consult with end users to identify system function specifications
Allocate work and provide guidance to developers, analysts, and new team members
Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Full stack (Java/EE, Angular, Oracle, Linux)
Integration (REST, Messaging/Kafka)
Microservice architecture (Kubernetes/Open-Shift)
Hands-on experience designing, developing large-scale systems
Ability to lead a decentralized scrum team
Ability to manage/coordinate multiple releases across branches
Experience with Agile development cycles
Some understanding of Orchestration (data pipelines)
Preferred
Experience in full-stack development
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders
