Manage title and escrow files from open to close
Handle investment, wholesale, assignment, and simultaneous closing transactions
Own communication, deadlines, and deal flow
Work directly with ownership to improve workflows and processes
Help shape the future structure of the title operation
Qualification
Required
Hands-on title or escrow experience (investment and wholesale experience required)
Familiarity with assignments of contract and double closings
Strong communication, organization, and judgment
Professional, calm demeanor under pressure
Experienced title or escrow professionals with investor transaction experience
Individuals comfortable working independently in a lean environment
