Interim Recruiting Specialist
Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting is a high-performance recruiting firm specializing in executive leadership search, direct hire, and interim hiring solutions. The Interim Recruiting Specialist will provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support for high-volume hiring, focusing on candidate communication, interview scheduling, and tracking hiring activity to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer recruiting activities, including candidate communication and interview scheduling
Review resumes, disposition applicants promptly, and conduct pre-screen or recorded interviews
Manage interview-day logistics and candidate flow
Support pre-employment contingencies and new hire paperwork
Track and report candidate activity using applicant tracking systems and related tools
Build strong working relationships with candidates and internal partners
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of administrative or recruiting support experience in a high-volume environment
Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and frequent interruptions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/HCM systems (iCIMS preferred)
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
