Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of GES and cross HR projects, maintain project documentation, and prepare updates for stakeholders
Directly complete project tasks such as drafting materials, conducting research, and supporting data analytics and deliverables preparation
Contribute to specialty HR programs, support system testing, and provide hands-on troubleshooting for program enhancements
Develop and maintain effective communication, documentation, and engage stakeholders across HR partnerships
Provide operational and administrative support including coordinating meetings, supporting audit tasks, and streamlining workflows
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools
Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience in HR or related field, particularly in project coordination, operations, or administrative support roles
Preferred
Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee data management
