10+ years expSonar is a company that helps prevent code quality and security issues while enhancing developer productivity with AI. They are seeking a VP of AI & Technology Partnerships to build and manage relationships with leading LLM developers to create innovative solutions for developers.

Responsibilities
Drive the execution of Sonar’s partnership strategy with LLM providers and the Generative AI ecosystem
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities; analyze the LLM landscape
Build and manage relationships with key technical, product, and business leaders at major LLM development companies
Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle with LLM providers: define engagement models and negotiate agreements
Collaborate with internal Sonar teams (Product Management, Engineering, Research, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Finance)
Track, measure, and report on the performance and impact of LLM partnerships
Qualification
Required
MBA or advanced technical degree (e.g., MSCS, MSEE) with a focus on AI/ML
Direct experience negotiating partnerships with major AI Foundation Model / LLM providers
Experience with data licensing, IP licensing, technology collaboration in the AI space
Deep understanding of the AI landscape and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Established network within the AI / LLM developer community
10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or related fields within AI/ML and data science
Proven track record of defining, negotiating, closing, and managing technology-centric partnerships
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and ecosystem
Ability to engage effectively with partners at both a technical and strategic business level
Experience leading deal negotiations, including legal documents related to IP, data usage, and service levels in AI/ML
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to execute complex partnerships
