Responsibilities
Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for hyper-personalized recommendations across Fire TV's global footprint
Drive the development of personalization primitives, signals, and frameworks that power experiences across search, browse, recommendations, and AI-powered interfaces; partnering with data science, product management, and engineering teams
Build and launch customer-facing discovery experiences including content rows, recommendation surfaces, and AI-driven features that directly impact how customers find and engage with content
Translate complex strategies into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical complexity, performance, and business impact
Own key metrics including customer engagement, content discovery success rates, conversion, and satisfaction scores
Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements in discovery, recommendation systems, and content intelligence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
8+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience using managed ML/AI solutions
Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
Preferred
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Experience interpreting and communicating analytics
Bachelor's degree, or MBA in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
Experience working effectively with science, data processing, and software engineering teams
Experience with digital products and interactive entertainment
