The role involves hands-on technical assembly and cross-training in mechanical, electrical, and piping disciplines while supporting new product development.

Responsibilities
Mechanical Assembly: Build frames, panels, and system integrations using hand/power tools
Electrical Work: Execute wire routing, soldering, cable harnesses, and control panel wiring
Piping & Fluids: Install piping, fittings, sensors, and relays
Testing: Perform leak tests, continuity checks, and final functional inspections
Troubleshooting: Identify build variances and support root-cause analysis
Documentation: Maintain accurate build records and follow 5S/Lean standards
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical Skills: Ability to read schematics, blue prints, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
Experience: Prior background in mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, or HVAC
Mindset: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Physical: Ability to stand 8+ hours, lift 50 lbs, and perform frequent bending/reaching
