Responsibilities
Develop legal strategies in collaboration with social workers and other professionals
Provide direct legal services and advocate for residents in court
Coordinate and deliver trainings and outreach to professional audiences
Assist with grant writing and reporting
Engage in policy and legislative initiatives on elder justice issues
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, agencies, and law enforcement
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate and admission to practice in New York State (required)
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in elder abuse, domestic violence, or victim advocacy
