Responsibilities
Prepare and organize case files for hearings
Represent clients during administrative hearings
Communicate effectively with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders
Conduct thorough research related to case law and hearing procedures
Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims
Develop strategies to advocate for clients' interests during proceedings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience in workers' compensation or related legal field
Strong understanding of administrative hearing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven case management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Workers Comp or previous law firm background
