Responsibilities
Support daily maintenance operations across the facility’s process, bottling, and distribution areas
Guide the work of two Maintenance Technicians by reviewing open issues, prioritizing repairs, and coordinating with production teams to keep equipment running smoothly in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment
Plan, track, and close maintenance activities using the facility’s maintenance control system
Ensure parts and materials are available while balancing preventive tasks with hands‐on troubleshooting needs
Work with common industrial equipment such as conveyors, product transfer systems, case handling machinery, palletizers, and other equipment that moves, rotates, or supports packaging and distribution
Help address recurring equipment issues
Maintain clear communication across teams
Provide basic insight into maintenance‐related costs while escalating larger budget matters to the Maintenance Manager
Occasional off‐shift or Friday support may be required during major projects, equipment changeovers, or line improvements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing, bottling, or food/beverage processing
Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting across conveyors, palletizers, pumps, etc
Ability to lead, set direction, and prioritize workloads for a small maintenance team
Basic working knowledge of budget and cost
Preferred
Prior experience in high-speed bottling/packaging lines (spirits, beverage, CPG, or similar environments)
Experience using a maintenance control system (e.g., CMMS) to track and prioritize work orders
