Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts

Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD)
Licensed to practice law in the state of CT
3+ years of experience in commercial transactions
Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, and corporate compliance
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
Excellent legal research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
