Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery, design CRM solutions aligned with business needs, deliver compelling product demos and presentations to stakeholders, and develop SOWs, PoC plans, and architecture documents to support complex sales cycles
Own the full project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live. Conduct process mapping, lead configuration, customization, data migration, user training, and ensure successful deployment
Drive measurable product adoption and ROI for clients. Maintain ongoing communication, provide technical feedback to the Product team, identify expansion opportunities, and build trusted advisor relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, software implementation, or enterprise SaaS
Strong expertise with CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms
Excellent technical design, discovery, communication, and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluent Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua) communication skills are required
Preferred
Experience in custom CRM implementations or integrations
PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification
Consulting or professional services background
Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English is a strong plus
MBA or advanced technical/business certifications
