Parse and mine financial numbers (P&L statements, Cash Flow statements, 80-20 analytics, Material Margin analytics, Top Customer analytics, Product Family analytics, Conversion Cost analytics) to uncover value creation opportunities and guide the C-Suite
Create Corporate Governance engaging all levels of the organization at all relevant sites, ensuring operationalization of key transformation initiatives through relentless follow-up
Be actively engaged in the M&A funnel assessing the value creation potential
Qualification
Required
Dynamic early career MBA graduate from a top-ranked university
2-4 years of experience working in an industrial business
Ability to parse and mine financial statements (P&L statements, Cash Flow statements)
Experience with 80-20 analytics, Material Margin analytics, Top Customer analytics, Product Family analytics, Conversion Cost analytics
Ability to uncover value creation opportunities
Experience in creating Corporate Governance engaging all levels of the organization
Ability to operationalize key transformation initiatives
Engagement in the M&A funnel assessing value creation potential
Willingness to work long days and travel extensively
Preferred
Experience working in a C-Suite environment
Experience with Private Equity professionals
