Responsibilities
Manage third-party insurance coverage matters
Handle third-party insurance defense matters (limited volume of cases)
Run cases autonomously while collaborating effectively with the broader team
Attend and handle court appearances, hearings, and depositions on a regular basis
Maintain proactive client communication and prepare monthly status updates/reports
Thrive in a fast-paced practice while consistently producing high-quality work
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance coverage
Some flexibility on licensing, may not need to be licensed in Texas, but should have some experience with Texas Law
Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work
Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work
Maintain an average of 160 hours per month
