ResourceMFG is seeking a highly skilled CNC Lathe, Swiss & Mills Machinist for 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment to produce complex, high-precision components while ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Program, set up, and machine a wide range of challenging components efficiently
Review and process operations, including material sizing and workflow planning
Create CNC programs for assigned operations
Perform complete machine setups and verify readiness for production
Establish appropriate in-process inspection procedures
Machine both short-run and long-run complex component parts; perform on-machine deburring
Select qualified personnel to assist with setups and production as needed
Determine the most suitable machines for each job
Collaborate with scheduling to ensure on-time delivery of all projects
Monitor and document in-process inspection results
Provide input for job estimating and quoting
Communicate print or process questions to the Swiss Lead or account manager
Identify proper deburring methods for all machined components
Recommend and specify tooling purchases; design custom tooling when required
Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
Identify and report nonconforming products or services
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant machining experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Strong background machining complex components, especially in Aerospace, Medical, or Nuclear industries
Experience with Citizen Swiss machines is a plus
