Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for augmenting the SDR team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to refine processes, enhance workflows, and implement best practices for SDR and marketing operations
Align SDR and marketing strategies with broader revenue goals, optimizing lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and sales enablement efforts
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to improve SDR team efficiency and effectiveness
Establish standardized processes for tracking and measuring SDR and marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making
Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive cohesive and integrated growth strategies
Analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and business insights to refine SDR and marketing strategies
Monitor and report on SDR team performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity, conversion rates, and overall revenue impact
Identify opportunities to leverage new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance SDR and marketing operations
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging best practices to drive innovation
Continuously test, learn, and iterate on strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business development, or a related role, preferably within sales development, marketing, or go-to-market functions
Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies to optimize sales and marketing operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
Experience with performance metrics, KPIs, and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics)
Ability to influence and work with diverse teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and leadership
Strong project management skills, with experience leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong ability to drive efficiency, process improvements, and scalable solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment on key initiatives
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing analytics platforms
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with sales development tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization
