Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation for tooling installation projects
Oversee the installation of complex industrial tools and machinery, ensuring compliance with technical and operational requirements
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, engineers, and technicians, to achieve project objectives
Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations, industry standards, and client safety protocols
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, providing regular updates and resolving issues
Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain timelines and quality standards
Maintain accurate project documentation and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field -OR- 5-7 years' experience in industrial construction, with at least 3 years specializing in tooling installation projects
In-depth knowledge of industrial tooling systems and installation processes (e.g., CNC machines, robotic systems, precision manufacturing equipment)
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Familiarity with CAD software and technical drawings
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred

OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
